On the evening of May 22, 2006, the Color Guard Team of the Coral Springs Cadet Squadron, presented and posted the Colors in honor of the Coral Springs Charter School Class of 2006.

This team represents the heart and soul of the same Squadron that just two weeks ago was named the Florida Wing Squadron of Merit of 2005 and the Florida Wing Aerospace Education Squadron of the Year 2005. 

While two of their members will not be able to compete in the next Cadet Competition due to the fact that they have achieved their Mitchell, they are actively training their replacements.  The team has performed at the State of the City Dinner, Coral Springs Holiday Parade, Veterans Day Celebration, and many other events.  They currently have on their calendar another graduation, Women of Spanish Origin and the Memorial Day Flag Raising and Wreath Ceremony in Coral Springs.

These kids never say no and keep the spirit of CAP, its values and training alive.
