Graduated Purdue
University in 1978 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Joined CAP
in October of 1996. Served as the squadron Testing Officer,
Aerospace Officer, Cadet Program Officer, Leadership Officer,
Emergency Services Officer, Communications Officer, Professional
Development Officer, Deputy Commander. Received Gill Rob Wilson
#2151 in November of 2002. Currently assigned as Director of
Communications, Director of Professional Development, and assistant
Dir. of Aerospace Education for rocketry. Mission skills include
Ground Team Leader, Ground Team Member, Urban DF Team Member, and
Mission Radio Operator. Hold Technician rating in Communications,
and Master rating in Cadet Programs. Joined CAP because "When I came
to a meeting as a guest to see what it was all about, I was
impressed with the courtesy and maturity of the cadets." Currently
attending Broward Community College to become a registered nurse,
with an anticipated graduation in August of 2006. Licensed as a
private pilot, and an amateur radio operator, Extra Class, callsign
K4BH. Member of IEEE, Phi Theta Kappa, Kappa Kappa Psi, and Life
member of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). |
